The Austrian company TissueGnostics Ltd. offers various software programs for image analysis as well as the newly developed TissueFAXS (an equivalent to Flow Cytometry), an automated microscope-based cell analysis system for the analysis and quantification of cells in tissues, cell cultures, TMA´s and smears. Combined with the use of specific fluorescent or histochemical markers, the detection of specific clinical and significant structures will be possible, down to the quantification of sub cellular activities. TissueGnostics products are based on the performance and the proven data representation formats of Flow Cytometry. At present we offer a complete workstation solution, TissueFAXS (based on upright or inverted digital microscope, fully motorized, Märzhäuser Scanning Stage for up to 8 slides, colour and monochrome camera, PC with two flat screens, control software and an auto focus up to 63x oil magnification), as well as the A-Quest tool for acquiring the images and the analysis modules TissueQuest, for fluorescent markers, as well as HistoQuest, for histochemically stained samples.
